Hello, Whilst clearing some older files i found some nearly finished, abandoned, silly or just plain terrible pics that i thought i'd share for the out take/blooper lovers out there.
Please remember these very old... well some are. Feel free to heckle and/or comment.
First up is a pic of a city i found that i thought i could work wonders with but the pic ended up looking REALLY cheesy. I'd imagined an Ultrasarus' head popping up or some sign of zoid warfare... the best i could muster was a few Zarks in the wrong place. Terrible.
(I think its a Canadian City)
This was from a set i did for LU Master Juno. The models are amazing so i tried really hard to make a pic worthy. I used a LOTR backdrop. The next two pics might seem ok on the surface. But look... the line of fire from the furthest Liger is really meessed up (hand drawn)!!! LOL I didn't Notice that untill i'd added way too much grain and then added some OTT lighting. D'oh !
This actually looks better as a 600 size pic. (The 1024 is a mess)
Here is another LOTR backing. Master Juno's Aresnal Liger again and in the back is my repainted Angel Saix... it looks like he's about to drop some Zoid spit on the people going trough the gates !!!!!
I'm easing you in gently here, This Kong just wouldn't look right on this backing no matter what i tried. I blended , I fogged, i blurred, I merged, I cried...
Goddam Molgas ! Twice now at different times i thought i'm on to something here with this pic and both times it's failed on it's a$$.
and again in the snow...
There's nothing i can say about this abandoned pic from way back... I liked the idea of Zoids in packs or herds and i tried it a few times and... Well it just wasn't my day back then.
Maid of the Mist is replaced to protect Canadian borders ! (I don't know what i was thinking here. Poor lighting match and ...it's all wrong !)
I tried many times to make laser/blaster fire that worked... it was either too much or not enough (mostly why i don't do many battle shots if i can help it).
OMG !! A revolting coloured Liger ? Multi -coloured smoke on that in bound missle ? I give up...
Here i tried to use a cloud tool provided by Photoshop7...
I never used it again.
