I have spent the last six years building custom Zoid kits. Actually, I spent two years repainting the NJR/NAR designs because I didn't like the colors, I've spent about four years building actual customs and competing in online community contests.
It took a while to actually assemble and publish a site to showcase them... in my overdone style. The site wasn't designed to just show models, but to exhibit the techniques on how they were made. Also, it showcases the fiction behind my view of an alternate Zoids story integrating more visceral, realistic technology blended with the high-science fiction mythology of Zi.
